As someone who spends too much time working at a screen, this brace is perfect. I am almost no pain or way less pain than if I wasn't wearing it. When I have a little pain still it is because I overdo lifting and twisting. As long as you are mindful of lifting correctly than you won't have that problem, which this product helps you correct yourself. Highly recommend. Also...REMEMBER...there will be some getting used to the strap under your arm pit but if you don't tighten it there that much the 1st few times than you get used to it.
